Senior Application Specialist Opportunity

This position offers the opportunity to apply technical skills and knowledge in a collaborative environment. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing technical components of applications, as well as providing support and maintenance services.
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Specialist, you will work on various projects that involve application development, enhancement, and support. You will be responsible for analyzing data-related issues, identifying and resolving problems, and ensuring the integrity of applications.
- Develop and enhance technical components of applications using JavaScript, HTML, C#, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
- Provide technical assistance to business teams, answering general application queries and ensuring smooth transitions between project handovers.
- Ensure database performance, replication, and data backups are operating efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, C#, and JSON.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2017 (or later) and .NET Core 3.1 (or later).
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, version control, and Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Current or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 Security clearance; NV2 is preferred.
