Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling a range of customer inquiries and routine problems.

  • Process transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain awareness of store promotions and encourage customer interest.
  • Assist in the supply of pharmacy medicines by using questioning protocols and referring customers to a pharmacist when necessary.
  • Provide pharmacy advice and health information to customers where trained.

Requirements

This position requires experience in a similar role. A valid driver's license is also necessary. The ability to work in the St George area is essential.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time role working 3 days per week. The successful candidate will be working in a community pharmacy environment.
