As a Casual Sales Assistant at Bondi Junction Kathmandu, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the successful and efficient running of the store.

You must have availability for a mix of shifts during the week & weekends.

Day to day you will:

  • Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store.
  • Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Assist in store operational requirements as requested by management.

You will have experience and/or understanding of the retail sales environment.

You can demonstrate your exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills and will have a positive and flexible attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team and customers.

You will have strong initiative, be adaptable and cope well within fast-paced retail environment.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $25-$30 per hour, based on Sydney's average hourly rate for retail sales assistants.

The estimated annual salary would be in the range of $55,000-$65,000, depending on the number of hours worked per week.
