About This Role

We are seeking skilled mental health professionals to join our team as Clinical Therapists.

As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide evidence-based training, assessment, and treatment to clients with various mental health conditions.

You will work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist individuals return to work and fully re-engage with the community.

Maintenance of accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and other professionals to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interventions using your clinical skills.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Hold current registration as a General or Provisional Psychologist with AHPRA or be an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with AASW.
  • Possess relevant accreditations, including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations.
  • Be a permanent resident of Australia.
  • Have a genuine interest in improving lives through work and health.
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic, social, and hardworking team.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work with workers' compensation clients.
