About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hazmat Consultant - Occupational Hygiene Expert to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our national Workplace Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for undertaking hazmat and occupational hygiene site inspections, developing your skills in managing projects end-to-end, and working alongside environmental scientists, engineers, geologists, and remediation and waste management consultants on a wide variety of projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in science(s) or relevant industry experience
  • Previous experience gained specifically in Hazardous Materials or Occupational Hygiene will be an advantage, as will an LAA License (or working towards licenced asbestos assessor status)
  • Australian Institute of Occupational Hygiene provisional membership (or working towards provisional status) will be an advantage
  • Ability to travel remotely and regionally as required
  • A full Australian driver's license
  • Work rights in Australia
