Job Overview

We're seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to elevate our brand.

This role involves working across marketing channels to tell our story, engage customers, and maintain a fresh and inspiring brand image.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team in creating compelling content and driving online growth.
  • Develop and deliver strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage results, make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Run targeted Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Oversee social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Craft effective Mailchimp email campaigns and automated flows.
  • Maintain a seamless shopping experience on our website.
  • Bring creative flair to photoshoots, launches, and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Australian working rights.
  • 3+ years' experience in Digital Marketing for an eCommerce brand.
  • Passion for combining creativity and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Mailchimp, Meta, Google Analytics, and eCommerce best practices.
  • Proven success in running growth-driving campaigns.
  • Design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
