Fashion Store Leadership Opportunity

Are you passionate about retail and customer service? Do you enjoy managing teams and creating a positive shopping experience for customers?

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Store Leader to join our team in Geelong. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, including rostering, reporting, financial aspects, team training, leading and motivating a large team, all visual merchandising and more.

  • Previous Retail Management experience is essential.
  • A consultative sales process is a must.
  • You should have highly organised time management and communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with volunteers is highly regarded.

As a Fashion Store Leader, you will lead by example, be hands-on and strive to create the best shopping experience for all customers, as well as become a safe haven for anyone in the community needing support.
