Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team in Queensland. The successful candidate will report to the Migration Director and assist with managing a portfolio of rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure smooth property management.
- Acquire new rental properties through negotiation and communication.
- Manage agency agreements, including preparation and advertisement of available rental properties.
- Respond to rental enquiries and organize inspections with potential tenants.
- Ensure all Residential Tenancy Agreements are completed and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct routine property visits and provide detailed reports to landlords.
- Manage repairs and maintenance, communicating effectively with tenants and tradespeople.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of experience in Property Management.
- Agents Representative Experience.
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Current Driver's Licence.
