About the Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful transition of payroll services. Your responsibilities will include:

About You

You are an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in banking and payroll system implementations. You will bring:

  • Extensive experience managing payroll projects, with specific knowledge of transitioning payroll services
  • Proven ability to lead design, build, and test phases, working closely with both internal teams and external consultants
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, with a track record of managing relationships with both internal departments and external partners
  • Experience working in the banking sector, with a clear understanding of the industry's regulatory requirements and complexities
  • Extensive experience working in an agile environment
  • Exposure to payroll systems such as SAP Successfactors or ADP is desirable
