Senior Diabetes Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to deliver comprehensive diabetes management programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement group and one-on-one diabetes self-management programs.
- Provide education, information, and support in both group and individual settings.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Create and deliver health programs to promote disease prevention and management.
- Degree or Post Graduate qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Accredited Practising Dietitian qualifications through a reputable governing body.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in dietetics at a clinical or community level.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering health education in one-to-one or group settings.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating diabetes programs and services.
- Strong knowledge of diabetes as a public health priority.
- Sound understanding of goals of diabetes management, including dietary and exercise principles.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and client-focused education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
