About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Corporate Information Services team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Accountabilities

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Providing high-quality business analysis support for operational and capital projects.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business administration, or information systems.
  • At least 5 years' experience in business analysis, system implementation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
