Automotive Parts Interpreter Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an Experienced or Junior Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at John Cole Toyota - Innisfail.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all parts-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth parts operations.
You will be responsible for handling customer requests, providing information on automotive parts, and maintaining accurate records.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Clean driving record and an open Australian Manual Driver's License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
