We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Costco on the Gold Coast. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high volumes of bakery products according to our standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Scales and combines ingredients using power equipment to prepare various types of baked goods">
  • Rolls, cuts, and shapes products">
  • Uses various kitchen instruments when preparing scratch and frozen items">
  • Dates ingredients, products, and stores for future use">
  • Monitors proof-box, temperature, humidity, and timers">
  • Operates gas-fired rack ovens, setting temperature and timers">
  • Removes rack of baked product from oven for cooling">
  • Follows production sheets for Order of Production">
  • Adheres to Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure (SSOP) guidelines for equipment cleaning and sanitation">
  • Completes 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance and Food Safety Certification training">
  • Assists with other Bakery duties as needed">
