Wealth Development Manager
">Description:
The role involves developing and executing a business strategy to drive growth in the wealth management division. This requires building strong relationships with financial advisers, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales effort to grow the pipeline through developing strong adviser relationships and an understanding of their business objectives.
- Develop new business leads and progress opportunities from new adviser relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive records of adviser relationship activities using appropriate systems.
- Provide product and system support to advisers to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- RG 146 certification (highly desired).
- 5 years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Solution based selling experience and skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the financial marketplace and understanding of challenges facing financial advice firms.
- Self-driven motivation with a hunter mentality and thirst for a challenge.
About Us:
This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary package ranging from $160,000 to $190,000 incl. super. The company offers a hybrid work setup and a strong STI component.
