Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health nursing

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Ability to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Capacity to work effectively in a team environment
