About the Role
The Agency Protective Security Officer plays a critical role in supporting the Directorates' Agency Security Advisors in implementing and managing the ACT Government Protective Security Framework. This involves providing enabling services in a corporate environment, including administrative functions, data analysis, and content preparation for governance committees.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of the ACT Government Protective Security Framework
- Provide administrative functions, including maintaining registers and analyzing data
- Prepare content for governance committees
- Be the central contact for security clearances, overseas travel, and CCTV requests
