Job Title: Program Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering intervention programs and services to individuals under court-ordered supervision.

Your role will involve providing induction, assessment, support, case management, and reports. You will also facilitate group-based programs and deliver strategies to promote well-being and enhance safety for individuals under supervision and the community.

You will work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including those under supervision, families, multidisciplinary staff, and agency members. Additionally, you will develop networks with key internal and external agencies to enhance positive outcomes for individuals under supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, mental health, or other human service fields
  • Demonstrated relevant equivalent experience working with family, social, and/or drug and alcohol related issues
  • Current Certificate IV in Correctional Practice with the necessary Units of Competency for this role
  • Current driver's license with ability and willingness to travel throughout NSW
