The Role

We are seeking an experienced Teacher in Animal Studies Services to join our team at Broadmeadows and Bendigo Campuses. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning programs and resources for our Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming) course.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective assessment strategies
  • Collaborating with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance
  • Providing guidance and support to students to help them achieve their goals
  • Maintaining industry connections and staying up-to-date with industry developments

About You

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Previous industry experience in animal care, training, or related field
  • Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrated knowledge of animal handling, welfare, and care practices
