About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team at Gold Coast Private Hospital. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Oncology ward.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications according to state law and organizational policy.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the relevant medical staff.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 1-year experience in acute care settings.
  • Endorsements for medication and intravenous therapy.
