We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our Employee Success platform implementation. This individual will be responsible for driving the execution of all aspects of implementation, ensuring effective project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide project support for multiple implementation projects simultaneously, including regular meetings, deliverables, and risk escalation.
- Develop and execute a communication plan to facilitate program implementation and user adoption.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guide projects from concept to deployment.
- Utilize tracking and reporting tools to ensure accurate project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity.
- Consult with clients to gather business and technical requirements through remote meetings.
- Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a team-oriented environment.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in software implementation, preferably SaaS.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to execute concurrent short-term projects effectively.
- Experience managing and resolving risks and issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
