The salary for this position is up to $100,000 package, dependent on experience.

 

Job Description

As a Personal Injury Case Coordinator, you will support the Partner level within the Personal Injury team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal briefs and court documents
  • Maintaining and organising files, both physical and electronic
  • Billing, invoicing, and managing expense claims
  • Providing general administrative support to the Partner and broader team as needed

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of three years of proven experience in the Personal Injury space
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
