Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our facilities management team at Compass Corp.

About the Role

  • As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they meet our high standards and contractual obligations.
  • You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of facilities management services.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role, leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
