We are seeking a skilled Road Maintenance Engineer to provide technical advice and support for the operational performance and upkeep of our Onslow Iron Haul Road and infrastructures.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating failures, monitoring deterioration, arranging or conducting necessary testing through internal teams or external contractors, determining and implementing interventions and remediation works.
• They will also provide technical advice in the development and implementation of autonomous haulage operations, administer and maintain data within Asset Vision, prepare, issue, and sign off completion of work packs for both the internal road maintenance crew and external contractors.
• The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, extensive experience in road maintenance and/or construction, preferably in mining or large-scale infrastructure environments, comprehensive knowledge of civil and pavement engineering, asset management systems and contract management.
• A strong technical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and management are essential requirements.
