Job Summary
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance and customer service support to the business. This includes managing complex tasks, coordinating meetings, and responding to inquiries.
This role entails providing administrative support including:
- Managing moderately complex tasks
- Meeting coordination
- Secretariat
- Domestic and international travel coordination
- Simple procurement
- Management of group mailboxes
- Training course administration
- Management of ICT assets disposal
- Facilities management support
- Visits and events, publications, and records management
The Administration Officer will be accountable for performing and achieving moderately complex procedural, operational, administrative, and business support work within an integrated environment.
