Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medication reviews and provide tailored recommendations for safe and effective medication use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care and treatment plans.
• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services across a variety of medical specialties, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in health education and promotion activities, contributing to patient awareness and community health initiatives.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior pharmacists and healthcare staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.

Requirements

• AHPRA Registration
• 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
• iPharmacy software experience is highly desired but not essential
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across various locations
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse settings, including rural and remote areas
