We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh Parks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including forklift operation, high-reach forklift operation, and pallet and unit picking and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and high-reach forklifts to move goods around the warehouse
  • Pick and pack orders using RF scanning and high-reach RC and RM forklifts
  • Complete manual handling duties and work within a freezer/chiller environment
  • Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools
  • Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality, hazard, and risk issues to the relevant leadership teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating RC and/or RM stand-up forklifts
  • Warehouse and/or distribution experience or similar required
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Physical fitness and ability to repetitively lift 5kg-15kg
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts, including regular weekend work and public holidays
