As a Non-Custody Portfolio Analyst, you will drive process improvement and enhanced risk & controls within PAS / PARS. You will take ownership of self-funded projects and initiatives within the PAS / PARS teams, driving them to completion.

Key responsibilities include improving processes within PAS & PARS by identifying opportunities, providing SME input into assigned projects, and successful execution of those projects. Strengthening controls within PAS & PARS that lead to high quality reporting and successful audits is also crucial.

Additionally, you will coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required. Performing BAU work to learn processes and provide support during peak times is essential. The role involves leading aspects of change management including communication and training to team members regarding projects / initiatives.

Identifying opportunities for automation or efficiency in the context of a project or initiative and updating key stakeholders using project management methods & discipline (dashboards) is vital. Establishing spreadsheets, procedures, and controls as required for initiatives & projects is also necessary.

You will document processes using flow diagrams for relevant projects and new business, and develop training material. Documenting requirements & partnering with IT developers to successful delivery is crucial.
