About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BankSA's Modbury Triangle branch. This is a part-time role that offers a unique opportunity for individuals to build on their customer service and sales career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless transactions and savings needs are met.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively engage with them via phone or email.
- Work collaboratively with specialists when required to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Numerical skills, including proficiency in handling cash and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent customer service experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
- A strong personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Resilience and adaptability in managing challenging situations or difficult customers.
