About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BankSA's Modbury Triangle branch. This is a part-time role that offers a unique opportunity for individuals to build on their customer service and sales career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless transactions and savings needs are met.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively engage with them via phone or email.
  • Work collaboratively with specialists when required to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Numerical skills, including proficiency in handling cash and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Excellent customer service experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • A strong personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Resilience and adaptability in managing challenging situations or difficult customers.
