The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to set management expectations across your Team
  • Manage Employee Relations, including grievances and performance management
  • Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
  • Produce and analyse required financial reports
  • Roster Management and payroll approval
  • Manage Team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Proactive approach in loss prevention management
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to apply creative visions within the store
  • Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work
