Avoidable debt is a significant challenge for healthcare providers. The Accounts Receivable Officer plays a critical role in addressing this issue by actively managing debtors, reducing outstanding debts, and ensuring timely payments.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address root causes of delayed payments. You will be responsible for facilitating the resident data entries into the Epicor system, processing and following up on fees and Department of Health notifications, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.

As a key member of the Finance Team, you will contribute to the overall financial performance of Calvary Care by providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of the receivables process, administration experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. A high level of attention to detail, effective time management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
