About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a specialist for a rural setting, providing therapy services to clients across the lifespan.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong passion for working in the disability sector.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments on clients of all ages, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on evidence-based practices that promote positive outcomes.
  • To deliver high-quality therapy sessions, utilizing a range of techniques and strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Requirements:
  • A degree-qualified Speech Pathologist with current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • An active driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
