We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Service Support professional to join our team at Krema Business Espresso Systems.
As a key member of our warehouse and service departments, you will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting service teams with parts and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods in the appropriate locations.
- Preparing and packaging orders for shipment or dispatch to customers or service teams.
- Ensuring accurate inventory management by tracking stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Providing service teams with the necessary parts, tools, and materials for repairs or installations.
- Managing returns and repairs of defective or damaged items, ensuring timely processing and reporting.
- Processing and fulfilling orders accurately and within designated timeframes.
- Coordinating and processing shipments, including labelling, packaging, and documentation.
- Helping maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and adjusting stock levels in the inventory system.
Requirements
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification may be required).
- A good level of physical fitness (lifting and carrying items, as well as standing, walking and bending for extended periods of time).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong time management and the ability to problem solve.
- A positive attitude and friendly disposition.
