Salary:

  • $80K + Super + Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber candidate to administer the lease database and provide support to the Group Property Portfolio Manager. The property portfolio comprises of 470 leased premises, 48 owned, and 20 hectares of land.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Administer and update the lease database
  • Prepare and distribute monthly lease reports
  • Support facilities management and facilitate lease option renewals
