About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remedial Facade Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work with large commercial clients in our property portfolio services sector.

This role involves managing a portfolio of clients and assisting them with their annual inspections and diagnostic and remedial engineering.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working at heights, rope access qualifications and strong report writing and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee field work and technical performance to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Work with clients to balance design or report requirements with established budgets and schedules.
  • Provide written proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate sub-consultants, surveyors and other stakeholders.
  • Undertake preliminary design and document discussions with clients and relevant authorities.
  • Monitor project progress and report to clients and management.
  • Document discussions on progress, tender negotiations and construction supervision.
  • Maintain and promote professional service, organisational learning and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Facades and remedial experience.
  • High level report writing and communication skills.
  • Understanding of building standards and legislation.
  • Strong construction and assessment skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and achieve healthy wages: sales ratios.
