About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Expert to join our Melbourne Disputes & Investigations practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to work with our team of experts in complex dispute and investigation matters.

Your Day

As a Commercial Litigation Expert, your role will be to advise our clients on complex dispute and investigation matters. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes
  • Assisting with class actions
  • Providing regulatory inquiries and investigations advice
  • Counseling clients on corporate crime
  • Supporting Royal Commissions/Commissions of Inquiry/coronial inquests
  • Offering risk and compliance advisory services
  • Representing clients in taxation disputes & Investigations
  • Working on projects disputes
  • Providing product liability and product recall advice
  • Assisting with insurance claims and advisory services
  • Arbitrating disputes
  • Conducting internal investigations
About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who has strong technical legal skills in core disputes areas. You will have experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and/or regulatory investigations, ideally from a leading top-tier, national, or international firm. You will also have an ability to manage large matters effectively and experience participating in business development activities.
