ICT Support Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical assistance to staff on desktop and software applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records of the school's ICT systems and equipment is essential to ensure both educational and administrative outcomes are maximized.
  • Coordinating telephones, mobile phones and other portable electronic devices across multiple sites requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Updating internal user system access, roles, information and system permissions as required is a critical task that demands sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Liaising with vendors and service providers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively is an important aspect of this role.
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining and managing network systems.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Organisational skills, including meeting deadlines and identifying priorities.
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including maintaining effective working relationships with clients.
  • Practical experience in developing and implementing user training.
