We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Storeperson/Truck Driver to join our team at KONE in Canberra, ACT. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing goods, performing physical inventory of branch stocks, and ensuring compliance with our WHS management system policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming goods and outgoing goods in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform physical inventory of branch stocks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Comply with responsibilities of WHS management system policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Create and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries to the warehouse
  • Arrange and organize deliveries to sites within the ACT region
  • Retrieve PO and invoice process to facilitate payment to suppliers
  • Maintain reorder and replenish quantities to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Maintain organization of the warehouse with stakeholders
  • Perform and post stock takes for regions and vans
  • Respond to stakeholder and supplier enquiries
  • Order KONE parts as required

Requirements

  • A quality focus mindset with high standards
  • A valid ACT truck license required
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel preferred
  • Forklift license required
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Organizing and prioritizing skills
  • Collaborating and working within various teams with a common goal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical mind
