Job Title: Security Safety Officers Full Time

This is a full-time position requiring a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Overtime is available.

  • Vacancy Summary:
  • Ensure the safety and security of all hotel guests, employees, and assets.
  • Monitor and control visitors' and contractors' permit and security check procedures.
  • Conduct security rounds and building inspections to comply with Capella Standards.
  • Safeguard against potential risks and threats to personnel, property, and reputation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and report any issues or damages to the relevant department.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical support during crisis situations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance overall guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
  • General Education Certification/Diploma
  • Security license (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in the security industry
  • First Aid certified training and CPR/AED experienced and certified
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effective communication skills
  • Valid working rights in Australia
