About the Role

This is a key position within our quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of grain quality and safety throughout our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze grain samples to identify defects and contaminants;
  • Collaborate with growers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards;
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to minimize waste and optimize production;
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on quality assurance procedures and best practices;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track quality metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., food science, agriculture) preferred;
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Valid Western Australian C-class driver's license;
  • DWPR authorized officer accreditation desirable.
