About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Master Contract Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading property developer and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing contracts, managing contract types including sale of land, put and calls, accretions, nominees, leasebacks, display village, mortgage/vendor finance, as well as supporting plan registration and settlement activities.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Development and Sales teams, and participate in the implementation of initiatives in the Release to Settle Transformation or other relevant projects within the state.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months' experience in working as a Conveyancing Administrator or Paralegal, and hold a conveyancing licence would be advantageous. Proficiency in using PEXA and MS Office for email communication, diary management and reports is essential.

About You
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in working as a Conveyancing Administrator or Paralegal
  • Hold a conveyancing licence (advantageous)
  • PEXA experience is a must, and experience using DocuSign, SharePoint or Salesforce would be ideal
  • Proficient in using MS Office for email communication, diary management and reports
  • Strong collaborator, able to work well as part of a team
  • A self-starter, organised, great attention to detail and a natural problem solver
