As an Employment Consultant, you will work collaboratively with job seekers to help them achieve sustainable employment and improve their overall well-being.

The role is based at our Greenway site, where you will be part of a supportive team that empowers individuals to reach their goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Helping identify skills and abilities to secure employment
  • Delivering first-class customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Collaborating with local employers and community organisations

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • The ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • A flexible approach to working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
