We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Team Leader to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, ordering, preparation and compliance of site-based food service, laundry and cleaning operations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead, mentor and supervise hospitality employees, ensuring that all meals and light refreshments meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will be responsible for monitoring food safety documentation and ensuring that all work practices meet HACCP requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that deliveries are received and processed in accordance with our food safety plan.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Hospitality and/or similar qualification, as well as experience in a similar role. They will possess strong verbal, written, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to plan and prioritise their own work and/or the work of others to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise hospitality employees
  • Plan, order and prepare meals and light refreshments

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or similar qualification
