## Construction Cost Planning Opportunity
### About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Planner to join our client's team. As a key member of the commercial-industrial projects team, you will be responsible for cost planning duties, both pre and post contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market-leading construction group on varied projects, ranging up to $300m in size.
### Key Responsibilities
* Carry out cost planning duties as part of a wider team
* Work on commercial-industrial projects, including pre and post contract cost planning
* Collaborate with a committed Manager and a business with established systems and procedures
### Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have gained qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction and have gained experience working as a Cost Planner, Estimator or Quantity Surveyor with a recognisable commercial-industrial builder or a QS consultancy. You will also need to demonstrate good communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and well-developed construction knowledge.
