Roving Care Expert

We are seeking a dedicated individual to drive impactful change in the aged care sector.
Role: Roving Care and Services LeadThis role will involve covering leave occurrences as a Service Manager or Clinical Manager, and guiding Managers within their roles, including onboarding supports.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clear operational oversight and communicate with community updates collaboratively with the Operations Manager.
- Develop contemporary systems and processes to support delivery of best care outcomes for residents.
- Oversee the resident assessment process to ensure ANACC documentation is completed according to Commonwealth requirements.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Act as a mentor and promote our vision, purpose, and priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external partners.
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record in driving performance excellence.
- Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding and compliance with Aged Care Quality standards.
- Will to travel frequently to various locations.
