Job Summary

This role entails the safe and accurate management of inventory assets, overseeing equipment for aircraft support, and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives to ensure readiness and efficiency across all maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and receipt of inventory items into storage facilities, tracking inventory to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and control equipment for aircraft support, ensuring calibration and testing as required.
  • Order and replenish inventory levels as needed.
  • Meet position requirements outlined in CA CASR Part 145 AMO Maintenance Organisation Exposition and Engineering Procedures Manual.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance for Stores department.
  • Monitor non-aircraft related inventory levels, replenishing stock as required.
  • Develop long-term supply chain strategies aligning with aircraft maintenance schedules and operational goals.
  • Forecast parts demand and plan inventory levels based on aircraft maintenance schedules and fleet utilization.
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, and maintenance teams for procurement and logistics activities.
  • Ensure CASA and other regulatory requirements are met for storage, traceability, shelf-life monitoring, and certification of aircraft parts and materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness for supply chain and distribution processes.
