As a leader in early childhood education, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team to build strong relationships with families and engage with the local community networks. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and leadership skills to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

The centre operates 75 places and has high occupancy and growth. It is conveniently located close to town and the shopping centre, making it an attractive option for families. As Assistant Director, you will work alongside a long-standing and dedicated centre leadership team to support the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care.
