M&A Tax/Stamp Duty

The M&A Tax teams support clients with:

  • tax planning
  • structuring
  • duty and land tax compliance
GST Advisory/GST DDX/Employment Tax/Payroll/Trade & Customs

Our Indirect Tax division offers high-touch advisory and compliance services to clients across the market on:

  • FBT advice
  • payroll tax
  • superannuation obligations
GMS Tax Advisory/GMS DDX

Our Global Mobility Services teams provide international tax services to clients, offering high-touch advisory and compliance services.
