Job Title: Kitchen Hand/Food Prep

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team at the Mornington Peninsula.

As a key member of our back-of-house team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, utilizing commercial dishwashers and large cooking equipment.

Assisting with food preparation and presentation is also an essential part of this role. You will work closely with our chefs to ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also essential, due to the remote location of our property.
