About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Gorilla Jobs. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to support clients in restoring their functional performance and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to address these challenges.
  • Provide support for clients to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists, or Social Workers.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
