We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver in Residential Care to join our team at Courtlands in North Parramatta. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
About the Facility:
Courtlands is a respected facility providing top-notch care services to our residents. Located in North Parramatta, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs to promote optimal well-being.
2. Assist residents with daily tasks, including grooming, mobility, and nutrition.
3. Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
1. AIN Certificate III & IV qualifications
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in residential care
3. Previous aged care experience an advantage
4. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
5. Proficiency in computer applications and teamwork skills
6. Covid-19 vaccination evidence required
7. Valid Australian work rights necessary
8. NDIS worker screening certification may be required for successful applicants
